Then click on the Sweepstakes navigation link in the left-hand sidebar and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form.Promotion begins at 5:01 P.M. Eastern Time on April 1, 2011 and ends at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on June 24, 2011 PRIZE (Twelve will be awarded, one per week): $2,100 payable in the form of a gift card for a major grocery chain in winner’s geographic area or Visa gift card as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
